Ingredients

    18 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    4 oz Carrots Petite (Carrot Company), chopped
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup Bush's, Black Beans (1 can drained & rinsed) pureed
    2 slice Bread, wheat, diced
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Coriander powder
    1 tsp Cumin powder
    1 dash Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Salt

Tips

It will taste better if mixed ahead of time and left to sit in the refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and transfer to a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite sides.
