Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz Chicken breast (Tyson frozen uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast)
    10 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    6 tsp Tone's Chicken Base
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw chopped
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1-2 Bay leaves
    3 garlic cloves
    2.5 cup Great Value Extra Wide Egg Noodles uncooked
    Chicken wing tips (remove before serving and throw away)
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

A great 2 cup meal


Directions

Place all ingredients into stock pot except for egg noodles. Bring to a low simmer and simmer for 1 hour. Remove chicken breasts and wing tips. Discard wing tips. Chop chicken into cubes.
Bring broth to a full rolling boil. Add Egg noodles and stir. Boil 1-2 minutes, add chicken back in. Shut off and cover with lid. Let sit for 20-25 minutes. Noodles will be cooked through. Soup is now ready to eat. Good with warm bread, a salad, or a sandwich and crackers.
