Ingredients

    1.0 cup morel mushrooms
    2.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 tbsp chopped Shallots
    8.0 fl oz White Wine
    30.0 Grams Flour, white
    3.0 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

1. Wash mushrooms thoroughly 2. Put butter into pan 3. Add shallots and garlic to pan 4. Sauteé for 2 minutes 5. Add mushrooms 6. Add 1 tbsp flour 7. Add 1 half cup white wine 8. Sauteé until mushrooms are soft 9. Boil pasta 10. Serve mushroom sauce over pasta and enjoy!
