Ingredients

4 oz Kirkland Wild Alaskan Sockeye Canned Salmon (by BREEZY1969)
1.5 cup Mashed Potatoes
1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tsp Dill weed, dried
Tips
Make sure there is enough egg to bind the mixture together. Sometimes if you don't drain the salmon enough it's too watery to hold together in the fry pan.
Directions
Drain and flake salmon in a bowl. Add mashed potatoes, egg, and dill weed. Mix with hands until well combined. Pan fry about 5-7 minutes each side.
