Ingredients

    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 serving Members Mark Medium Salsa [1 srv = 2 tbsp]
    2 serving Kroger Cracker Cuts Pepper Jack [1 oz = 3 squares}

Tips

Substitute different cheeses, pepper colors and salsa flavors to make recipe even more versatile.


Directions

Cut a medium to large green bell pepper up by first cutting off the bottom as sort of a "crown". Then cut away the four equal sides and discard the top portion. Fill each section with one teaspoon or so of salsa. Then top each section with cheese. Heat in the microwave for a minute or so, rotate plate and heat another 30 seconds or so.

Serving Size: Serves 1 to 3 depending on the occasion (lunch, snack, appetizer)
