Ingredients

    1 LB BOX ROTINI PASTA(cooked Al Dente)
    1C CHOPPED RED TOMATO (or 1 can diced tomatoes well drained)
    22 PIZZA SIZE SLICES OF HORMEL CANADIAN STYLE BACON(halved)
    4OZ PART SKIM MOZARELLA CHEESE (diced)
    10 SPANISH OLIVES (chopped)
    10 JUMBO BLACK OLIVES (chopped)
    12 BABY CARROTS (chopped)
    10 SLICES CUCUMBER (quartered)
    DRESSING:
    8TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    7 TBSP CIDER VINIGER
    1 TSP SEASONED SALT
    1 TBSP DRIED PARSLEY
    1 TSP DRIED BASIL
    T TBSP CHIVES
    1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    1 TSP OREGANO

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Mix up the dressing and pour over other ingredients. Best if it stands for at least 4 hours to blend all the flavors.
Makes 28 (1/2 cup) servings.
