Ingredients

    88 oz Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted
    1.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt
    7.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    8 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce
    2 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    9 tsp Honey Mustard
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried

Directions

Mix dry spices together and rub all over pork. Place in crockpot then pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add the honey mustard evenly over the porky then the applesauce sprinkle rosemary on top. Cook on high about 8 hrs. Shredding it after 6 hrs.
