Ingredients

    3 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
    3 tbsp Cream Cheese
    0.25 tsp cream of tarter (by ELF134)

Directions

Separate egg whites and yolks in separate mixing bowls. Add cream if tarter to egg whites and beat until they firm peaks and set aside. Add softened cream cheese to egg yolks and mix together. Once blended, fold the egg whites to yolk mixture.
Pace on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper and bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden light. Cool and top with your favorite topping

    Incredible!
    Can be made SCD compliant by skipping the cream of tartar and replacing baking powder with baking soda and adding in a tiny bit of honey to activate the baking soda. Both Baking Soda and tartar are illegal on the SCD diet. - 5/29/21
