Ingredients

16 oz Turkey, Jennie-O, Breakfast Lovers Ground Turkey Sausage
1 can Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed
1 can Great Value Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added
1 cup GREAT VALUE ALL NATURAL MILD CHUNKY SALSA
1 can Great Value Buttermilk biscuits, refrigerated canned
1 1/2 cups Great Value Fiesta Blend cheese
1 1/2 cups Great Value Enchilada Sauce (Med)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large casserole dish.
Brown turkey and black beans. Drain off any excess liquid if needed.
Add the salsa, enchilada sauce and corn. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into fourths and stir them in the meat mixture.
Pour all of it into a casserole dish. Place a cookie sheet under the casserole dish, to prevent any of the mix from bubbling over into the oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Test to see if the biscuits are cooked through with a toothpick.
Cover with cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
