15 oz Ricotta cheese, fat-free
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
8 oz BelGioioso Cheese - Mozarella, freshly shread
6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 serving Egg white, large
3 cup Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Marinara
3 clove Garlic
Tips
Brown ground beef in cast iron and leave it to brown in preheated hot pan for 2-3 minutes each side before breaking meat apart.
Directions
Pre heat oven at 400 F.
Cook pasta to Al Dente 8 to 10 minutes.

Mix egg, parm, ricotta, and egg with drained cooked pasta.
Heat marinara sauce with hamburger.
Layer pasta mixture in rectangular baking pan, cover with a layer of sauce cover with mozzarella cheese and repeat for next layer.
Bake for 20-30 minutes uncovered.
