I haven't tried this recipe* yet, but it sounded so good I wanted to get the nutritional information. Let me know if you try it, how it comes out. Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 c water
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 c mashed banana
1 3/4 c brown rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
