Introduction

This is something I made for my kids for many years, except that they had white bread. I love the texture of the egg and Tuna together. You can omit the salt and pita bread and eat with whole wheat baked crackers or in a bed of spinach greens. This is something I made for my kids for many years, except that they had white bread. Ingredients

    1.0 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    2.0 large Hard Boiled Egg (chopped)
    1.0 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    2.0 serving Bread - Pita (Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, Whole Wheat)
    1.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard

Directions

If you are using fresh eggs boil them until they are hard-boiled. Peel and chop the eggs into a small bowl. Add drained tuna and the rest of the ingredients and stir. Split in half and enjoy with pita bread or your favorite bed of greens.
