Ingredients

    74.0 gram(s) frozen corn, Birdseye Super Sweet Corn
    1.0 cup Beans, pinto
    1.0 cup Beans, great northern
    0.5 tsp Paprika
    0.5 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tbsp Garlic powder
    1.0 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.5 cup rotes diced tomatoes & green chilies
    0.25 tsp Morton coarse kosher salt
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    32.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    1.0 cup rice, uncle bens ready whole grain medley brown and wild rice

Directions

1.Combine all the vegetables and stew them at a simmer for one hour 2. Hydrate the beans with a pressure cooker 3. Brown the ground beef (drain) then season 4. Combine beef with vegetable stew 5. Add beens to stew/beef mixture 6. Place in crock for 4 hours 7. Serve with rice on the side
