Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
    2 tablespoons water
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
    2/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped and divided
    1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
    4 oz chunk light tuna in water, drained
    4 oz broccoli florets, steamed until crisp-tender and shocked
    6 ounces whole-wheat penne, cooked and drained

Directions


Combine yogurt, basil, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and the remaining 1/3 cup red peppers in a blender, puree until smooth.
In a large bowl, toss together remaining peppers, onion, tuna, broccoli and pasta.
Add the pepper sauce and toss well to blend. Chill before serving.
