Ingredients

1 Multi Grain Hamburher Bun
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Pam Cooking Spray
Chicken Breast, no skin
2 tbsp Carne Asada Marinade
Itaian Seasoning (to liking)
1/4 cup Marinara Sauce
1/2 cup Spinach
Directions
Bun:
-Spray bun lightly with Pam cooking spray (on both sides).
-Sprinlke 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder on both sides
-Toast until lightly golden brown
-Spread 1/8 cup marinara sauce on each side of bun (wait to do this step and apply right before the chicken is placed so that the bun wont be soggy)
Chicken:
-Take a chicken breast (size may vary) and chop into pieces. You may also leave breast whole and use for this reciepe.
-Place 2 tbsps of carne asada marinade into bowl
-coat chicken breast in marinade
-sprinkle italian seasoning on each side of chiken breast
-Spray pan with pam cooking spray
-Place chicken breast in pan and cook until done
Whole Sandwich:
-Take prepared bun and place cooked chicken breast on top of your marinara sacue.
-Place 1/2 cup of spinach on top
-Cover with top portion of bun
Delicious and easy to make!
