Ingredients

    8.0 oz Radish, Fresh
    1.5 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
    174.0 gram Gardein Beefless ground (GF)
    2.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Heat pan, add olive oil, Dice radishes, season generously with salt and pepper. Stir and heat on medium/high heat for about 15 minutes. Add Gardein, heat and stir for about 5-10 minutes. Add cheese. Let it melt on top or stir it in. Serve hot.
