Ingredients

    1 package Kerrygold Butter
    16 oz Cream Cheese
    1 cup Erythritol or Swerve
    1 cup Splenda or Sucralose
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

Tips

If using a food processor, add the cocoa powder when you add the sweeteners (otherwise, it kind of wants to float on top).


Directions

Blend together the butter and cream cheese. Blend in the erythritol, sucralose, and cocoa powder. Blend the vanilla extract. Add some cream to thin it, if desired.
