Ingredients

    .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    8 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nature's Way Pure Extra Virgin
    4 tbsp Nestle baking cocoa (by KJB21286)
    5 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie
    Vanilla
    Sweetener

Tips

Recipe can be adjusted to taste preference... add more or less stevia to taste, etc.


Directions

Melt peanut butter and coconut in a sauce pan until smooth.
Add baking cocoa. Stir to smooth.
Add stevia.
Remove from heat and add a splash of vanilla.
Pour into a glass dish with a pour spout.
Pour into silicone molds and chill until set.
Store in an air-tight glass jar in fridge.
Enjoy 1 to 2 per day.

    Needs to be edited to reflect 36 servings so that the nutritional info doesn't look so bad (as a serving of "one" with 42.4g of carbs - looks bad! But divided by 36, then it becomes a serving equals 1.17 grams - much more reasonable!). - 8/10/17
