Ingredients

    Peel Potato and slice thinly
    lay in cake pan or cookie sheet
    sprinkle with salt substitute (nu-salt)...tastes like real salt.
    sprinkle with pepper
    Sprinkle with Onion powder or Garlic Powder or both

Directions

Bake in oven, 350 degrees, approx. 30 min...check often.
For chips, bake until Golden Brown
For fried potatoes, cook a little less.

Very yummy! Kids and Hubby love! You can pack a potato chip snack too! I do one potato per person.
