    3/4 cup 8th Continent Original Light Soymilk
    3 frozen strawberries
    1/2 large banana (can be frozen)
    4 oz Activia Yogurt
    1 scoop Naturade Soy Protein
    ice if required


Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. Pour into large glass and enjoy.
