Ingredients

    3 cup Kellogg's Rice Crispies Toasted Rice Cereal (1 1/4 Cups (33g/1.2 oz.))
    4 serving Dark Chocolate, 75%, Choceur Ecuador (4 squares) (by BLUEJEAN_GIRL)
    16 tbsp Kraft - 100% All Natural Peanut Butter
    8 tbsp Spring Tree 100% Pure All Natural Maple Syrup, 1/4 cup serving, 2 oz or 4tbsp (by CONFJASMINE6886)
    .25 cup Coconut Oil

Tips

I heard Sun butter (sunflower seeds) has fewer calories and has a lot good for you ingredients. This is a recipe I originally got from Pinterest.


Directions

Pour 3 cups of rice crispies into large bowl
Melt together 1.5 cups 75% cacao chocolate chips with 1 cup 100% any nut butter and .5 cup 100% pure maple syrup(I used 1/4 cup unpasteurized Honey) along with .25 cup coconut oil. I used honey you use less and it is less expensive.
Once above ingredients are melted pour over rice crispies and mix. Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed pour mixture into a parchment 8" X 8" dish, spread evenly


Serving Size: make 24 makes 24 roughly 1.5 inch pieces
