Introduction

A very basic tea that you can drink hot or cold. I keep a pitcher of it in my fridge all the time. Great for anti-inflammatory properties. A very basic tea that you can drink hot or cold. I keep a pitcher of it in my fridge all the time. Great for anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients

28 gram(s) Turmeric Raw Fresh 0ne half oz (by AALLEY2)
    2 serving Ginger Root - Fresh/Raw (1 Tsp) (by MATT_MILL)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

If you freeze the ginger and turmeric roots before you grate them the process is so much easier. I also use a micro grater for this recipe.

Directions

Grate raw turmeric and ginger into pitcher, add fresh cracked pepper and pour hot water over it. Allow to steep. Drink hot or cold.

(I leave the grated bits in the water the whole time, straining the tea as I pour it into my glass.)
