Ingredients

    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Tofu, firm, 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, diced
    Black Olives, 1 jumbo

Directions

pre heat oven to 400 degrees. spray pam cooking dish. mix bisquick, egg beaters and milk in a seprate bowl. pour all other ingreidents in cooking dish. pour mix on top and bake for 35-40 mins.
