    3.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.5 cup Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted No Salt
    50.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    8.0 clove Garlic
    3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
    0.5 tsp Salt
    4.0 oz Red Wine - Yellow Tail Merlot
    16.0 oz Great Range Ground Bison
    1.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
    6.0 leaves Basil
    4.0 tbsp Rosemary
    2.0 tsp Thyme, fresh
    0.25 cup Tomato Paste


Brown first seven ingredients in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Add red wine, cook 3 more minutes. Stir in Bison, cook about 5 minutes Add chicken stock and tomatoes and herbs. Pressure cook on high for 35 minutes. Switch to slow cooker function, add tomato paste and 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper. Summer for 1 hour.
