Introduction

This is how I like my Tilapia. It's a very basic recipe, you can add to it as much as you want. This is how I like my Tilapia. It's a very basic recipe, you can add to it as much as you want.

Ingredients

    4oz tilapia fillet
    1/4 cup of lemon juice
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Place thawed Tilapia fillets in baking dish.
Mix garlic & lemon juice, and pour over fillets.
Bake at 425 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
