This is a light and refreshing punch, I love it during the summer months. This is a light and refreshing punch, I love it during the summer months.
Number of Servings: 6


    1/2 C sugar ( you can use any sweetner that you like)
    6 cups of water
    1 1/2 tsp citric acid ( you can get this at your health food stores, it's in a powder form)
    1 1/2 lemon extract ( yep, the one you bake with)
    1 lemon sliced
    1 orange sliced
    ( I like strawberries in this and some people like it with limes too)


add sweetner, citric acid and lemon extract to the 6 Cups of water, stir until dissolved. Add in slices of fruit and serve over ice. Light and refreshing, if it is a bit too tart for you feel free to tweek it to your taste.
Makes 6 -1 cup servings
