    1 tbsp Curry powder
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    1 small Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Regina Fine White Wine Vinegar
    1.50 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice)
    15 oz Butterball Everyday Smoked Turkey Sausage
    3.5 cup Publix Black Beans, low sodium canned (1/2 cup/130 g) (by DILBERTA)


Prepare rice according to package directions. In non-stick skillet saute onions with curry powder in 2 tsp oil until slightly tender. Add sausage and cook approximately 2 minutes, stirring. Add chicken broth, simmer 5 minutes. Rinse and drain beans; Add to sausage in skillet and heat until beans are warm. Add vinegar, stir and serve over rice.
