Introduction

Quick & easy throw together meal. We threw this together out of the pantry last night - more or less rice would work , we just went with what we had. We actually started with 16 oz ground turkey but had too much rice & had to add another roll. Quick & easy throw together meal. Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup
    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 32 oz
    Beans, black, 1 can
    *Green Chiles (small can)
    *Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 1 can
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp (other spices to tase incl. cilantro, cumin, crushed red pepper & paprika)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (or 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chiles)

Directions

Cook rice as directed. Sauteee onions & chiles in large skillet, add ground turkey & taco seasoning & cook until meat is thouroughly browned. Add black beans, refried beans, tomatoes & meat mixture to rice & combine thouroughly. Good served with a little fat free sour cream & 2% shredded cheese.
