I dread bland dry salads. But I LOVE eating salads!So after a bit of trial and error, I found my own special mixture that gives amazing flavor to any mix! I dread bland dry salads. But I LOVE eating salads!
So after a bit of trial and error, I found my own special mixture that gives amazing flavor to any mix!

Ingredients

2 bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
1 large Onions, raw
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
1 medium Cucumber (peeled)
2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning mix (by GETTINGTHINNER2)
4 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
1 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Water
Tips
Keep refrigerated in a glass jar or other airtight container.
This mixture lasts for at least a month
*I prefer to add a bit more Cider Vinger for a tangier tasty, Just increase amount of Italian Herbs to adjust
** My nutritional needs permit this amount of fats. You can substitute the Olive oil or the amount (just be sure to adjust Cider Vinegar as well).
Directions
COOKED:
Slice Onion and Red Bell Peppers
Microwave (or saute) mixture for 4 minutes
(ONIONS AND PEPPERS CAN BE RAW - I cannot eat raw onions, so I need to cook them)
BLEND:
Onion and Red Bell Peppers
Peeled Cucumber
Italian Herb Seasoning mix
Cider Vinegar
Olive Oil
Stevia
Water
Chill and then serve on your Salad or Veggies
