Ingredients

    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    .3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
    4 oz Almond milk - Silk - vanilla
    5 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
    1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake

Directions

Prepare Crust & Cool.
Prepare spinach. Drain WELL
Saute Onions.
Beat eggs.
Add milk.
Grate Cheese.
Mix All ingredients.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
