Ingredients

    12 oz frozen meatballs
    3 tsp beef base
    3 c water
    2 tbsp cornstarch (more or less)
    5 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
    12 oz no yolk broad noodles

Directions

Place meatballs, beef base and water in crockpot mix well. Cook on low 4-5 hrs.

During last hour of cooking, wisk in cornstarch and sour cream til smooth.

Make noodles according to pkg directions.

    We make it on the stove almost every week. The slow cooker recipe is a dream. Life is so fast we need all the help we can get to get throught the day with the least time being used up as possible. Everybody will swallow these up as fast as possible. Thanks for the recipe! - 2/1/10
