Ingredients

    4 (4 oz) Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    4 Jalapeno Peppers
    1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    8 slices of Sliced Bacon

Tips

You might need to secure chicken with toothpicks or a piece of uncooked spaghetti. If you want more heat, you can increase the jalapeno peppers or add the seeds.


Directions

Place chicken breast in a Ziploc bag and pound thin. Pound chicken thin but not too thin. In a bowl blend cream cheese, add in cheddar and chopped jalapenos. Place 1/4 of mixture in the middle of the chicken. Fold chicken around cream cheese mixture. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around chicken securing it closed. Place chicken in foil lined baking dish. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 F. For crispier bacon turn oven up to 400 F and finish bacon for another 5-10 minutes.
