Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    3 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    12 oz Stater Bros Whole Grain Penne
    14 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless, herb-crusted, pan-seared in olive oil
    2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Mostly cook all ingredients individually except for chopped chicken bits (sautee in 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil with the sweet onion). Then layer all in 9 x 13 baking dish as: pasta, zucchini, chicken, pasta, zucchini, cheese (shredded). Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
