Ingredients

32 oz Ground beef, lean
1 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
4 clove Garlic
4 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
4 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Tomato Sauce, 1/4 cup
3 cup Beans, black
3 cup Beans, red kidney
1 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
3 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Pepper, black
4 tbsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Tips

Directions
brown 2 lbs ground beef- Recommend Grass fed
Dice onions and add to ground beef while cooking
Mince garlic and add to ground beef while cooking
Chop button mushrooms
Put tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water, and spices into crock pot.
Drain and rinse beans.
Add beans and mushrooms to crock pot.
Cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
