Ingredients

    2 tbsp BBQ Sauce - Stubbs, Original (by OCKEY53)
    8 oz Dr. Pepper
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tsp worcestershire pub burger seasoning
    16 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, roasted

Tips

Can substitute Broth for water, cook with onions


Directions

1. Use seasoning as a dry rub.
2. Sear pork ribs on both sides.
3. Combine water, Dr. Pepper, and ribs in pressure cooker, bring up to cooking temp and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, wait for pressure to normalize. Preheat oven to 400F
5. Put ribs on foil lined pan, brush with BBQ sauce
6. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, or until sauce starts to bubble.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings.
