Ingredients

¼ cup cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp sunbutter (or your favourite nut/seed butter)
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.9 oz whole wheat flour
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
⅓ teaspoon baking soda
¼ tsp nutmeg
pinch salt
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup caramel bits
Directions
In large bowl, cream together cream cheese, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in the vanilla.
Add the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, nutmeg and salt, beating well.
Stir in the remaining additions until fully mixed.
Cover and chill for 1 hour, up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets and flatten with damp fingers.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool slightly, remove from sheet to wire rack.
Serving Size: Makes ~14 cookies
