Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.5 cup Coconut flour (1/2 cup dry - 80grams) (by TAHIR9)
    3 serving Protein Powder, Jay robb Whey Protein, one scoop
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1tsp vanila extract

Tips

Grease you cups to muffin tray to prevent sticking


Directions

Mush your bananas add in the eggs, vanilla and mis well. Combine all your dry ingredients and mix into banana/egg mixture. Divide into 11 muffins and bake in a preheated 180 oven for 25min.
