2 cup Romaine lettuce
3 oz tanimura and antle artisan lettuce mix
0.5 medium (2-3/4" dia) apple, chopped
0.5 medium (approx 2-1/2 diam) pear, chopped (i like d'anjou)
0.5 cup Black grapes, seedless
4 ounces Chicken Breast, grilled
0.5 oz Blue Cheese , crumbled
7 Pecan halves, toasted
1 tbsp Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
you can use whatever lettuce you like. i love the tanimure and antle artisan mix. the flavors, textures, and colors add a lot to the salad.
i use left-over grilled chicken in my salad. you can use roasted, sauteed, rotisserie...whatever you like as long as it's lean, no skin.
