Introduction

Not your typical chili: I sometimes add a chopped jalapeno pepper to the ingredients if I have one around. Subtly, sweetly spiced, almost middle Eastern. Ingredients

    1 pkg Ground Turkey (approx 450g)
    1 medium white Onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup low sodium chicken broth
    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 can White Kidney Beans
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp cumin
    3/4 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Saute turkey, onion and garlic in oil until browned. Transfer to slow cooker, add other ingredients, stir, and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
