Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cup Head Lettuce - 1 cup shredded or chopped (55g)
    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 serving Taco Bell - Taco Seasoning Mix (1 packet) (by STEVI77)
    3 serving DORITO NACHO CHEESE 1 OZ BAG
    6 serving Salsa - Taco Bell - Mild x 2 Tbs (by ~~LILA)
    1.50 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Tips

simple and easy, goes well for a lunch, along with soup or as a starter to a great Mexican meal.


Directions

cook in large skillet 1 lb of lean ground beef
drain well
mix taco seasoning with water as directed and add to gr. beef
let simmer on low for about 10 minutes
In medium size bowl shred head lettuce to your liking
In individual bowls add a 1/2 serving of nacho cheese doritos broken up and placed in bottom of the bowl.
add meat (2 oz.) from skillet
top with about 1/2 cup of lettuce
add 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
then top with 2 tbsp. of salsa

ready to eat, enjoy
