Introduction

You can chose if you want to make it low sodium, mild, medium or spicy. I looove spicy so I made mine that way...

NOTE*** I made this on a high calorie day but you can have 4oz. of chicken and 2 oz. of pasta and take 155 calories off of this number bringing it down to 430 calories for the whole meal.

Ingredients

    6 oz. chicken breast (cutlet with no skin or bone)
    2 TBS. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (of choice)
    3/4 C. salsa (
    2 TBS. Low-Fat Taco Salad dressing (from my recipes)
    3oz. WW Pasta (of choice or brown rice)

Directions

Thaw chicken and pre-heat a "foreman" style counter top grill

Sprinkle chicken on both sides with taco seasoning.
Grill for 8 mins.

When the chicken begins to grill cook pasta.

After 8mins. add 1/8 C. salsa to top of chicken breast and grill 2 more mins.

After draining pasta add remaining salsa to pasta along with 1 TBS. taco "salad dressing". Stir until mixed through and warm.

Put on plate and put chicken in the middle. Add last remaining TBS. of taco salad dressing to top of chicken.
