    4 cup Baby Romaine Lettuce
    3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    2 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

Directions

Mix together, refrigerate until served. Complete it with a dressing.
