2 Tbsp bakers yeast + 1/2 cup lukewarm water
    1 c. white flour

This bread is so good. It raised really nice but unfortunately I messed up and the bread fell. Didn't matter because the taste was still great! - 11/22/15

Nice heavy bread. I loved it and so did my kids. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be so heavy but I'm not THAT good a bread maker! LOL. Either way it was great! - 10/25/08
