A tangy, refreshing breakfast (or anytime) drink packed with antioxidant power! I found this recipe in Woman's World Magazine and changed a few things to suit my tastes. A tangy, refreshing breakfast (or anytime) drink packed with antioxidant power! I found this recipe in Woman's World Magazine and changed a few things to suit my tastes.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

1 cup reconstituted (water mixed in) Pomegranate Blueberry juice concentrate
1 cup frozen blueberries (Dole)
6 oz container vanilla yogurt
2 cups crushed ice
Directions
Mix water and pomegranate bluberry juice concentrate (I use Old Orchard Premium brand)
in large pitcher to make reconstituted juice drink.
Pour 1 cup reconstituted Pomegranate Blueberry juice mix into blender.
Add 1 cup frozen blueberries (I prefer Dole wild blueberries)
Add 6 oz container of vanilla flavored yogurt (I use Dannon Light & Fit)
Add 1 cup of ice to blender and mix on high speed until smooth. Add second cup of ice a little at a time until you reach desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and enjoy! (Makes two 16 oz servings)
