Introduction

Gluten free, dairy free banana muffins Gluten free, dairy free banana muffins
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
    2 medium bananas
    Two scoops of any protein powder. I use Orgain because of gluten and dairy allergies.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender. Bake in greased muffin tin for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Store in refrigerator after cooled because of high moisture content.
