Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
Garlic, 3 cloves
Cilantro, raw, 1 Whole bunch or 16 tbsp
Scallions(Green Onion), raw, 1 cup, chopped
Sour cream, fat free, 340 grams
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Clean and dry your Chicken breasts.
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken.
Heat a non-stick skillet big enough to fit all the chicken(It's preferable if the pan has a lid, other wise use tin-foil) Over High Heat.
Spray the pan with any cooking spray or add 1 tsp oil. Add the chicken. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until each side brown's.
While the chicken is cooking add the garlic with 1-2 Tbs of sour cream to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, add the rest of the sour cream along with the Scallions and Cilantro. Blend until smooth.
Once the chicken has browned add the sauce and stir. lower the heat to medium and cover. Cook 15-20 minutes or until done.
Serve with Rice, Beans, Tortilla's any side vegetables you like or a salad.
