Ingredients

    2.0 cup Beans, black, drained
    0.5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1/2 c coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)
    3.0 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon)
    3 tbsp Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds- strong coffee
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    2.0 tbsp Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 c Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar -
    0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 scoop Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 scoop
    1/2 c chopped walnuts
    1.5 cup Oats, Quaker
    1/2 c dark chocolate chips with stevia, Lily''s baking chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind 1c. Oats, leave 1/2 c. Solid. Add to large bowl. Continue adding sugar, truvia, cocoa powder, baking powder, protein powder, walnuts (reserve 1/8 c. for topping brownies), add chocolate chips (reserve 1/8 c. also for topping). Mix all dry ingredients together. Continue adding wet ingredients, egg beaters, coffee, brummel & brown, vanilla, applesauce. Puree the drained can of black beans, adding to bowl. Mix together, until well blended. Grease or spray 8 x 8 pan, pour batter into pan, adding the reserved 1/8 c. walnuts & chocolate chips on top. Lightly press into batter. Bake for @38 - 40 min. Brownies are done when middle rises. Check for doneness by sticking with toothpick until it comes out clean. ~Enjoy!
