Introduction

Adding more recipes to my paleo box. I am really terrible about portion sizes. You may end up with larger, or smaller portions than I did. Ingredients

    4 cup Pacific Foods Organic Turkey Bone Broth (by PYRGOMACHE)
    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    7 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g
    5 serving Celery Stalk (1 med stick 7-8 in) (by SUNFLOWR)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]

Tips

You could skip the stew pot method and just toss the ingredients into the slow cooker. I do suggest browning the hamburger, and the onion before doing so.
I am also terrible at keeping track of the prep/cooking times.


Directions

Add the first 4 ingredients to stew pot. Turn on low. Brown hamburger, then add to pot. Saute' onions in leftover fat until browned on the edges. Add to stew pot. Cook on med head 20 minutes. Enjoy
