Ingredients

    4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    2 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    1 large Onions, raw
    .25 cup Vegetable Broth
    .25 cup Apple juice, unsweetened
    .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    5 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
    .3 cup Cornstarch

Directions

Heat vegetable broth in a medium saucepan. Add cabbage and onion. Fry for 3 minutes. Stir in died apples, apple juice, cornstarch. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Mix together vinegar and sugar. Pour into cabbage mixture. Cook 5 more minutes and remove from heat.

Serving Size: Makes 4 i cup servings
