Ingredients

    1/2 c low fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c 1% milk
    1 med. Banana
    1/2 c fresh or frozen mango chunks
    1 c strawberries- fresh or frozen unsweetened
    1 tbsp vanilla whey (or your choice of protein powder)
    2 Tbsp ground flax seed

Directions

Throw everything in a blender & process until smooth.
